We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we currently only offer exchanges, not refunds.

 

What can be exchanged?

You can exchange your item within 7 days of purchase if you have your original invoice. Here's what you need to know:

 

  • Sealed items will be exchanged on the spot.
  • Items must be in good condition, unopened, and with original tags attached.
  • Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process:

If your exchange request meets the conditions above, simply bring your item and original invoice to a The Entertainer store. We'll be happy to help you find a replacement.

 

Delivery:

We currently don't offer delivery for exchanges.
